Report Writing

Sprocket's standard reporting features are designed to show the data most commonly needed to make decisions, but sometimes a special report is needed to pin down some key "actionable" figures.

Rather than simply extracting data from Sprocket and manually creating reports in another software application, we can help you generate those reports directly from Sprocket. For a one-time fee, our experienced report-writing staff can create attracitve, customized reports that can be run on the fly.

How do you know if you need a custom report? Our customer support staff can help you determine the best route. In general, you should consider customer reports if

  • you want an attractive report that can be generated at any time.
  • upper management will be viewing the results and the report needs to be consistently and attractively constructed.
  • you've never used or are unfamiliar with Crystal Reports.

Pre-Implementation Planning

Discuss, decide, and collect, and upload the necessary information PRIOR to coming onsite. This activity guarantees that you have the correct information collected and prepared prior to training. Don't waste your time with data entry, have us do the leg work.

These major components are addressed during Pre Implementation planning so that Onsite Training is effective and accurate.

This process is completed with your assigned Trainer and it follows a guideline that diretly maps to our application and our training plans.

Here is an example of what will be accomplished during Pre Implementation Planning:

Trainer: Are you interested in communication with your customers via Email Notifications (application feature)?

Customer: Yes, our customers would appreciate notifications when work orders are closed.

Trainer: Great, first we must collect the email addresses of your customers along with their names. Second, we will train on creating email notifications on Wednesday at 1:30. Third, send me the list in Excel, and we will import the dat for you.

Database Conversions
